As a Founding Board Member of the iOme Challenge it has been an amazing journey that started with a passionate group of Board Members who are deeply concerned about financial illiteracy in our youth. With a focus on college students we set out to create a financial literacy contest where college students would form teams and write an essay and create a 60 second call to action video that answers a financial question that is posed to them. As a Board Member for Go Red for Women we were thrilled with the success of our Luncheon. It was a time of inspiration and heart break as we heard several stories each reminding us of the importance of knowing the warning signs and NOT ignoring the warning signs. I was blessed in many ways and proud to be a part of Go Red for Women in Green Bay!

I had a wonderful time today at the Money Smart Women's Conference in Madison! I was the Keynote Speaker and my topic was my platform "Financial Fitness for the Heart." There were 150 women in attendance what an amazing life changing event.

I had a great time holding a Chaume' Purse Get Together and Party! I am donating a part of the sales to The American Heart Association Go Red for Women! As a Chaume' stylist I am thrilled to be able to not only sell Chaume' Purses which I love but to also share with other women about heart disease and to provide them with literature from the American Heart Association. I was able to share about my mother's story of heart disease and the importance of knowing the warning signs.
